When can my child join?
Typically new Scouts join at the beginning of a school year, but your son or daughter can join at any time.
Can my daughter join?
Yes, starting in June 2018 girls are also welcomed to join Cub Scouts. Girls can participate in all the events and earn all badges that boys do. Cub Scouting is a family oriented organization.
Where do I purchase the scout uniform?
Shopping for your scout's uniform can be overwhelming. Use the Uniform Builder at ScoutShop.org! This will walk you through everything you need to know and get you set up to order the correct uniform components. Don't worry if you don't know your den number yet, we will sort that out later!
How often do you go hiking or camping?
There are several opportunities, both at the Pack and Den level, to do outdoor activities. At a minimum our Pack attends Winter Camp at Camp Sheppard and Resident (Summer) Camp at Camp Edward. See Calendar.
What is the Scout Oath and Scout Law?
Each scout tries to follow the Scout Oath and Scout Law. The Scout Law has 12 points. Each is a goal for every Scout. A Scout tries to live up to the Law every day. It is not always easy to do, but a Scout always tries to do their best.
